Help me help homeless families

Hi all,

I wanted to do something good and make the world a better place. When I found out how many families with children are unhoused, I knew I had to help. More than 19,000 people experienced homelessness on a single night in Massachusetts in 2023, with 67 percent of them as part of a family with children. Our state saw the second-highest increase in the number of people in families with children experiencing homelessness among all 50 states between 2022 and 2023.

That's why I created a fundraiser to support North Star Family Services. By walking in Footsteps for Families, I can raise money to help local homeless families learn the skills necessary to become stable and self-sufficient in permanent homes. I want to end family homelessness in our community one step at a time—and you can be a part of it.
